Awarded the “gold” level of achievement by the New Jersey Association of Realtors in 2000, 2001, 2004 and 2007, Carolann was also the top sales agent in the Summit Office for dollar volume as well as unit numbers of listing production. In addition, Carolann ranks in the top 1% of 27,000 ERA agents worldwide. She has qualified for the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club consistently over the last twenty years and is a Lifetime Member of its Distinguished Sales Club. Carolann firmly believes in giving back to the community where she lives and works and for years has served on the boards of many civic and charitable organizations. Clynes was confirmed in 2002 by the New Jersey State Senate to a position on the New Jersey Historic Trust, a post to which she was nominated by Governor James E. McGreevey. She served as Chair of the Trust since 2006 and was recently re-nominated to a second term by Governor Jon S. Corzine. She has been a member of Who’s Who of American Women since 2002.
