it is our opinion that if a sign and an ad in the paper would sell your property, you would not need us at all. These are
listing basics. When you hire a listing agent, you expect a professional marketing plan of action and the ability to achieve
results. We prefer to use a laser sharp approach, where we determine who the most likely Buyers are for your property and
target the majority of our efforts to attract those particular Buyers.
