feedback and reports from all realtors® who show your

property. This provides opinions and suggestions from
the agents and buyers who have seen your property and
includes comments that are helpful in our marketing.

We keep you informed through a Seller’s report. This Seller’s update is one of the most important services we provide. it
includes a summary of the showing feedback, a synopsis of the market activity, and recommendations for any changes that

need to be made in the marketing strategy of your property. We transmit this, either electronically or by mail…..however
you want it!
