Q. What about confidentiality?
Trust is the underlying and most important part of any relationship and we place tremendous value on having your confidence and
sharing your dreams and goals. our relationship and your personal information are kept in the utmost confidence and would never
be disclosed to outside parties.
Q. How do I know I’ve seen all possible properties?
Just a word about showings…through the Multiple Listing System (and on our website) you have access to ALL of the listed
properties for sale! Unfortunately, there are some agents who prefer to show only their company’s listings, giving their Buyers only
a partial picture of the market and possibly eliminating the perfect dream home. We show ALL listings, regardless of who has listed
them, and sometimes we show “For Sale By owners” and even unlisted properties. in other words, we will do whatever it takes to
find you what you want.
Q. How do we negotiate the best deal?
We crunch the numbers on a monthly basis and we can give you specific reported sales activity in the neighborhood you are
interested in. our advice will be based on years of experience and more than 1,000 families served.
Here are some general tips:
• Make your offers clean and simple with the fewest contingencies possible.
• include all the signed addenda and disclosures required with the offer.
• Have “vision” beyond the obvious — many buyers can’t see potential in a property that doesn’t present itself well — if you can,
there may be an opportunity for you.
• if you are not paying cash, get a pre-qualification or pre-approval letter from a local lender and submit it with your offer. This is
mandatory when buying foreclosures and short sales.
• Write a letter, or ask us to prepare one for you, to give to the Sellers explaining why you chose their home and highlight the
strengths of your offer. We’ll send it with the contract. Personalizing your offer from others can sometimes make a huge impact.
